I loved the spacious and stylish bathroom design of the hotel room. The free hotspring that I could enjoy every night was a great perk. The hotel facilities were spotless and well-maintained, especially the onsen sauna and spa. The staff was polite and helpful at all times.

Hotel facilities were quite nice. the staff was friendly and helpful. But most importantly, the location was great. It was easy to get around town from here and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.
The cleanliness of the room was really disappointing. the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was too loud.

Convenient location, efficient luggage storage. Thoughtfully designed facilities and decor. Well-trained and courteous staff. Eagerly awaited breakfast buffet. Excellent onsen sauna and spa. New and spacious bathroom design. Spotless throughout, attractive landing decor. Great onsen facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located for traveling in any direction. The free natural hot spring is amazing to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The room was beautifully designed with an authentic Japanese bathroom.
The breakfast selection was limited. There was a lack of communication with the reception staff who had little English.

This hotel is conveniently located in a great spot to travel in any direction. the landing decor is attractively designed, making it easy to identify which floor you are on. the room bathroom is spacious, and the Japanese design separates the toilet and shower area. the service is top, notch with well, trained, courteous staff, and access to a masseuse. the free natural hot spring spa is excellent, and the facilities are new and well, maintained.
The breakfast choices are limited.
